Bart Hartman
Bart Hartman, Founder & CEO

Bart Hartman est le fondateur de NOTS Impact Entreprises. Avant de fonder NOTS, Bart a travaillé comme conseiller chez McKinsey & Company, et ensuite il a transformé et construit environ 15 entreprises comme entrepreneur. Bart est titulaire d’un MMA de l’université d’Erasme.

Nanette Farwerck-Bergwerf
Nanette Farwerck-Bergwerf, Project Manager Funding

Nanette is an experienced Financial Sales & Marketing professional, having worked in the international corporate area for global banks. She has been active in the global Impact Investing community for the last 10 years both in FX, payments and hedging services of exotic currencies as well as Marketing & Sales of Impact Investment projects to Impact Investors.

Bas Maassen
Bas Maassen, CFO

Bas worked for 5 years in management consultancy, 12 years in banking, 13 years in private equity and now for 4 years as entrepreneur and (non-executive) board member at various companies and NGO’s. In relation to Africa, Bas is chairman of the supervisory board of Amref Flying Doctors and board member of DOB equity (Dutch impact investor in East Africa). Bas has a masters degree in econometrics.

Roland Tabor
Roland Tabor, Chief Marketing and Data Officer

Roland is an experienced CMO in the Retail and online areas. In the last 4 years Roland worked as a partner of the Data Analytics agency MIcompany. Roland started his career at McKinsey & Company, after obtaining his PhD in Chemistry.

Issa Karamage
Issa Karamage, Advisor to CEO NOTS

Business leader with over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sector in Rwanda. Issa holds a master’s degree in Communication Management and a bachelor’s degree in Finance & IT from the University of Rwanda. Issa is founder and CEO of Fidelity Resilient, a consultancy firm focused on advising non-African firms on entering African markets.

Solange Mutezintare
Solange Mutezintare, Acting Country Manager - Rwanda

Solange is an accomplished program developer and manager with 12 years of experience in strategic, financial and administration management. Prior to joining NOTS Solar Lamps Ltd., Solange served as the Education Development Center Inc. (EDC) Deputy Chief of Party for a $ 25 million large-scale literacy and numeracy USAID funded project.

Audace Mucyo
Audace Mucyo, Marketing Coordinator - Rwanda

Audace has 6 years of marketing and sales experience in several industries, including telecom and solar. He attended the Rwanda University of Tourism Technology and Business and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. 

Ritha Muhorakeye
Ritha Muhorakeye, Finance and Administrative Officer - Rwanda

Ritha, prior to joining NOTS Solar Lamps Ltd., was the Finance and Administrative officer for 5 years for a USAID funded project. In this role she oversaw the financial and administrative operations of the project. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Kigali Independent University.

Eric Rahusen

Eric a travaillé plus de 20 ans chez ABN AMRO. Actuellement, il occupe le poste  de directeur de la Gestion de Patrimoine Privé chez ABN AMRO Mees Pierson. Auparavant, il a occupé divers postes de gestion commerciale, dont le poste le plus récent était Directeur du Groupe de Global Clients Pays-Bas.

Paul Bijleveld
Paul Bijleveld

Paul a 25 ans d’éxpérience dans le domaine de la banque d’investissement à Londres, Amsterdam et Johannesburg. De 2007 à 2009, il a été à la tête de la Banque d’investissement Africain chez Barclays/Absa Capital à Johannesburg. Durant cette période, il a travaillé avec des sociétés et des gouvernements à travers l’Afrique subsaharienne.
